FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: guide vanes device contains internal platform, hollow aerofoil profile and guide. The internal platform made with through hole creating through channel for the cooling fluid. The hollow aerofoil profile is made in form of single part with the first surface of the internal platform and has cooling hole to exchange the cooling fluid, passing through the through hole in or from the hollow aerofoil profile. The guide is made in from of single part with the second surface of the internal platform, and has recess with passage for the cooling fluid creating the passage for the cooling fluid to the through hole. The guide passes along the second surface in the circumferential direction. Passage for the cooling fluid has in the circumferential direction size of the through hole. During manufacturing of the above said guide vane device the internal platform is made, at that the hollow aerofoil profile is made in form of single part with the first surface of the internal platform, and guide is made in form of single part with its second surface.
EFFECT: group of inventions increases service life of the guide vanes device due to reduced temperature difference of the guide and internal platform.
