FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in rotorprint lubricated tooth gears. Lubricating device of gearing contains a lubricating element in form of pinion, whose teeth are made out of pressed lubricating material. Pinion is rigidly fastened to an axis located in gear housing and is in engagement with passive gear being lubricated. Axis is mounted in bearing guides, mounted on gear housing, with possibility of free movement therein in both directions along its axis. At one end of axis is a pusher interacting with tapered cam, rigidly fixed to drive shaft, whose axis of rotation is perpendicular to axis. Shaft is mounted on bearing guides with possibility of reciprocating movement therein and is provided with a mechanism for its forced displacement, kinematically linked with a transmission mechanism. At one end of axis is rigidly fastened pusher, interacting with spring-loaded mechanism for pressing to cam axis.
EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication.
