SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to electrical kitchen devices. Device comprises a extrusion auger rotated around a vertical axis in a working chamber, a channel for introduction of a food product, connected to upper end of said extrusion auger, and an outlet channel. Extrusion auger comprises at least two main turns, providing at least two separate passages for introduction of food product. Each main turn has a lower surface passing at least one fourth of circle of said extrusion auger. In a second version, said device is equipped with a cutting disc installed between a groove for introduction of food product and said extrusion auger.

EFFECT: using said group of inventions improves quality of food processing.
