FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment for drilling and expansion of wells for various purposes in different-hardness rocks. Drilling roller reamer with replaceable rolling-cutter sections comprises a shaft with elements of connection and a body, in which, by their shanks, there are installed rolling-cutting sections; at that, seats for installation of replaceable rolling-cutter sections are made in the form of semicircular holes, and shanks of sections are made in the form of a shaft with a semicircular section. Between the surfaces of the semicircular cross-section of the body seat and the section shank there are two adapter bushings, one of which is welded to the seat of the body, and the other one - to the section shank; at that, the sections are fixed in axial direction by a screw connection.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability, manufacturability and accuracy of installation of replaceable rolling-cutter sections of the reamer.
