FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to construction of combustion chamber structural elements of vaporizing oil burner. Unit of combustion chamber bottom of vaporizing oil burner comprises bottom (24) with the first bottom wall (26) and preferably with first surrounding wall (32), propagating from the outer edge zone (28) of the first wall bottom (26) in direction of the longitudinal axis (L) of the block bottom (18). Porous evaporator element (44) partially covering wall bottom (26) is located on the front side (42) of the first wall bottom (26), facing the combustion chamber (20). Supporting part made in the form of a ring (34) has the second surrounding wall (36) with installation zone (40) fixed on a porous element of the evaporator (44). Installation zone (40) comprises a section of the plant (62), extending from the surrounding wall (36) radially inside and female porous evaporator element (44) in its radial outer zone (66) and several ledges plant (68). Ledges are arranged one after another around the longitudinal axis (L) at a distance from each other and propagate in the direction to the porous element of the evaporator (44). Porous evaporator element (44) is pressed, at least by means of ledges (68) in its radial outer zone (66) to the first bottom wall (26).
EFFECT: invention provides strong connection of structure elements and effective heat transfer between the bottom and porous element of the evaporator.
