FIELD: mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: controller (1) of wheel rotation velocity of clock mechanism to adjust angular rotation speed (ω) of wheel unit (3) relative to axle (D1) of hinge, having pivotally rotating inertial unit (4). Regulator includes device (7) for return of said unit (4) to said axle (D1), and when said wheel unit (3) rotates at rate lower than preset RPM (ωc), said unit (4) is first volume of rotation (VI), and when rotation speed of the wheel unit (3) exceeds specified frequency of rotation (ωc), said unit (4) includes at least its one peripheral part (30) in second volume of rotation (VR) adjacent to first volume and which is external with respect to it; at that said peripheral part (30) interacts in second volume (VR) with adjusting device for braking of said wheel unit (3), and return of its rotation speed (ω) to preset rotation speed (ωc), and scattering of excessive energy.
EFFECT: control of angular rotation speed (ω) of wheel unit (3) relative to axle (D1) of hinge, having pivotally rotating inertial unit (4).
