SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for sucking dust, containing a vacuum cleaner and a filter bag, in which the filter bag is formed as a flat replaceable bag of nonwoven material, and the vacuum cleaner has a cavity for placement of the filter bag with rigid walls, at that the cavity for placement of the filter bag has an opening made with the ability of closing by means of a hinged lid, having a predetermined surface, through which the filter bag can be inserted into the cavity for its placement. The invention is characterized in that the ratio of the surface of the rectangle corresponding to the opening surface and the surface of the filter bag is larger than 0.70, preferably greater than 0.85 and most preferably greater than 1.0.
