FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control thrust vector of liquid propellant engine (LPE). Liquid-propellant engine includes chamber with cooled supersonic nozzle part, uncooled nozzle from carbon-carbon composite material, control units and a frame, external surface of an uncooled nozzle in the area of cut is made in the form of a sphere with the centre of rotation on the axis of the chamber to accommodate deflector of CCCM consisting of two parts connected to each other by means of flange joint with seal from thermal expanded graphite, inner surface of which has a spherical shape equidistant spherical surface of an uncooled nozzle, and on external surface are lifting eyes for attachment to steering machines, which are attached to engine frame, the spherical surface of an uncooled nozzle and deflector have graphite coating.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, service life and increased value of the side of the control force and reducing force at steering organs.
