FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to on-board power systems (SEP), primarily of low-orbit spacecraft (SC) with three-axis orientation. SEP comprises a solar panels with device for changing orientation, which are arranged on outer side of lateral honeycomb panels of device container. In lateral, top and bottom honeycomb panels of container are built heat pipes. SEP also has four identical power supply subsystems: two working and two backup. Each subsystem is installed on one of internal lateral surfaces of honeycomb panels and comprises an accumulator battery with charging and discharge device. A single module of two such devices of adjacent subsystems is installed on one lateral honeycomb panel. Part of outer lateral surface of honeycomb panels has a temperature-control coating with As ≤ 0.2 and ε ≥ 0.8, and remaining portion is coated with heat insulation. All honeycomb panels are connected with collector heat pipes with electric heaters.
EFFECT: technical result is optimisation of layout of SEP on spacecraft, reduced weight and improvement of thermal stabilisation of SEP main units.
