FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, methods of transporting power by overhead power transmission lines with phase high-temperature energy-saving electric power distribution networks, including methods for construction and operation. Power distribution network includes mounted on foundation tower supports with traverses, insulators, terminal and trunnion-type clamps nondamaging housing and structure of high-temperature composite electric wires fixed therein, each having a core at least one composite strand and multi-strand layer. Overhead lines of power distribution network are mounted during erection, operational repair or reconstruction method providing technologic and maintenance undamageability of electric wires due to complex developed process equipment used for laying of individual length upon electric wires line.

EFFECT: invention enables to exclude additional losses of transmitted electric power in electric wires connections which number is minimised.
