FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: vibration machine for seeds separation comprises a body and a perforated rotor installed in it, water delivery unit, loading and unloading devices. Housing is made in the form of box closed on all sides containing located in tiers, one above the other, and rigidly connected into a single process chain screw hollow perforated rotors, vibration exciter and elastic elements. Each hollow perforated rotor is mounted on at least one of the perforated strips that are wound into helical coils and interconnected via their longitudinal edges; the strip is bend along the bending lines positioned at an angle relative to its longitudinal edges so that to form unidirectional helical lines and helical surfaces in the form of perforated polygonal pockets across the outer and the inner surface. Distance between crease lines are equal to the length of each element of polygon; said pockets on inner surface may differ from those on outer surface and along the drum perimeter can differ not only, but also in shape and direction of helices of each tier of lower hollow helical perforated rotors opposite to direction of helical lines of hollow perforated rotors mounted above. Water delivery unit includes three collectors and six branches mounted inside the housing above each screw hollow perforated rotor, two of which are introduced through the wall of the housing inside of each of three screw hollow perforated rotors, and unloading devices are made in the form of shutes mounted inside the housing at an angle to horizon and perforated at sections of shutes arranged inside the housing.
EFFECT: device simplifies the design and expands process performances, reduces dimensions and increases efficiency of separation of seeds.
