FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: electric cardiac pacemaker comprises microprocessor control unit, digital-analogue converter connected to it, amplifier with controlled transmission coefficient in feedback of which includes controlled resistor, and output is connected to input of power amplifier connected to action electrodes, sensor of cardiac biological rhythms, output of which is connected to conditioning amplifier input via galvanic isolation circuit. In addition, electrical stimulator includes respiratory sensor, which is connected to the input switch through additional galvanic isolation circuit and conditioning amplifier, to second input of which direct voltage is supplied, and to output of which controlled feedback resistor control input is connected. Output of sensor cardiac biological rhythms conditioning amplifier is connected to comparator voltage input, reference voltage is connected to second input, and one of inputs of coincidence circuit is connected to its output, second input of which is connected to digital-analogue converter output, and output is connected to input of amplifier with controlled transmission ratio.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of electric stimulation is achieved due to matching stimulatory effect active phases with active phases either heart and breathing biological rhythms.
