FIELD: nanotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-voltage pulse engineering and can be used for creating nanosecond compact generators. Generator of voltage pulses is assembled according to Arkadiev-Marx scheme and comprises stages with capacitors and surge arrester in each stage located in a metal housing, LC-circuit which corrects pulse shape, a load, wherein housing comprises an additional metal tube, in which are coaxially arranged capacitor, inductor and load, capacitor is formed as a metal cup, inductor is formed as a rigid cylindrical spiral.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced distortion of output pulse of generator by suppressing high-frequency oscillations of transition process.
