FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles of fine ceramics. Mixture for making fine ceramics contains, wt.%: low-melting clay 30.0-32.0; refractory clay 25.0-27.0; boron glass 19.0-20.0; expanded pearlite 18.0-19.0; pyrite cinders 1.2-1.7; talc 2.6-3.85; copper sawdust 0.1-0.2. Components are dosed in required amounts, then ground until passage through sieve no. 008, and mixed. From obtained mixture with humidity 9-13 % required configuration items are moulded, which are fired at temperature 1,080 to 1,120 °C.
