FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the composition of the activator, a method for producing the precursor composition of the activator, a method for preparing a composition of activator to catalyst compositions, a process for olefinic polymerization, to polymer and products made thereof. activator compositions were prepared from the substrate material, an organoaluminum compound, aluminoxane and the polyfunctional compound having at least two aromatic groups in which at least each of the two aromatic groups having at least one polar group monoprotic therein. Organoaluminum compound has the formula Z3-fAlRf, Where Al is an aluminum; R is a hydrogen atom or a group bonded with the aluminum atom via a carbon; Z is an atom other than hydrogen or a group bonded with the aluminum through an atom other than carbon; and f is an integer from 2 to 3. Process for preparing an activator composition for the olefin polymerization catalyst comprises an inert anhydrous medium: i) formation organoalyuminy-treated substrate by contacting the substrate material with an organoaluminum compound, ii) contacting said organoalyuminy-treated substrate, or a) with a polyfunctional compound to form a mixture, and then contacting said mixture with an alumoxane, or b) with an alumoxane to form a mixture, and then contacting the mixture with a polyfunctional compound, or c) a part of the polyfunctional compound to form a first mixture, contacting said first mixture with alumoxane to form a second mixture, and contacting said the second mixture with an additional amount of a polyfunctional compound. Catalyst composition obtained by the interaction between the activator composition and at least one catalyst compound or complex of a transition metal, lanthanide metal or actinide metal.

EFFECT: technical result - high efficiency activator composition and increase its stability, improved performance.
