FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sheet glass, particularly, to technology of glass melting in bath furnaces. Device for loading of raw materials into a glass furnace comprises mid loaders of glass melt and outermost loaders of broken glass equipped with control units. Device includes a sensor of glass melt level in the furnace and at least two sensor of glass mass temperature or temperature of gas space over the glass mass, located near the side walls of the furnace melting chamber, a splitter and adders.

EFFECT: technical result consists in formation of a more uniform and stable in time front of loading of crude mixture along the width of the furnace melting chamber with due account for temperatures in its near-wall sections.
