SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, particularly to system for monitoring electronic trading with an independent recorder. System comprises: a module for receiving transaction participants of electronic trading; a module for identification of code of preset lot; a module for recording address of item in database server system; module for identification of code of electronic trade participant; a module for recording address of code of electronic trade participant in a database server system; time interval setting module for electronic trade; a setting module for quantitative values of item cost; comparators; a module for modifying addresses of server database system; and a module for integrating signals signalling for electronic trade.
EFFECT: high reliability of system by excluding time for detection of abuse requiring immediate reaction in real time.
