FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, environmental protection, as well as chemical industry, in particular to compositions for temporary application on surface of vegetation for temporary marking. Composition includes, in wt%: alkyl polyglucoside - 32-42, amine oxide - 0.01-0.09, suspension of culture of pseudomonas putida sp. - 0.1-10.0, hydrocarbon propellant - 3.0-7.0, water - balance. Method of producing said composition comprises, in a reactor for preparing aqueous suspensions and emulsions, heating water to 40-45 °C and mixing with alkyl polyglucoside, subjecting obtained solution to homogenisation for 5 minutes, and then adding to obtained composition amine oxide, with subsequent homogenisation of solution for three minutes, further adding citric acid or sodium hydroxide until pH of obtained mixture is 6.5 to 7.5 and then by slow infusion adding to obtained aqueous solution of suspension culture Pseudomonas putida sp., produced by way of aerobic fermentation culture Pseudomonas putida sp. for 48 hours at 28-30 °C using propantriola-1, 2.3 as a substrate, and then after homogeneous system inside reactor obtained aqueous composition is deaerated by settling or evacuation and with addition of hydrocarbon propellant is injected into an aerosol package.

EFFECT: composition retains visibility in any weather and has a positive effect on soil.
