FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of flange sheet of aluminium electrolytic cell from hardened electrolyte arranged on self-propelled machine for processing of electrolytic cells for aluminium production. Device comprises self-propelled machine hydraulic drive and working member for cleaning, fixed on frame to lift and equipped with protective enclosure. Working element is made up of gang cutter, consisting of at least two disc elements and conical element with teeth along perimeter, having different diameters and made from metal. Disc and conical elements are aligned on shaft on both sides relative to central disc element, its diameter is smaller than that of extreme disc element and greater than diameter of conical element installed on output shaft end. Frame to be secured at forks of commercial fork loader.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of flange sheet of aluminium electrolytic cell cleaning from hardened electrolyte and reduction of dust formation.
