EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of measurement of electrical conductivity of liquid media by eliminating the influence of errors due to the instability of the voltage and frequency of the power source, the magnetic permeability transformer cores, as well as eliminates the interference which may be a tip-in transformer cores.
