FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in power supply systems. In electromechanical control device, electric motor and generator used are a contactless direct-current motor and a contactless synchronous generator and rigid connection of first electromagnetic coupling with actuator. Device includes a second electromagnetic coupling, rigidly connected with motor and engine; unit of two automatic tripping devices with two inputs, respectively connected to output of power supply of electromagnetic couplings and with output of engine control panel; outputs of the control panel respectively are connected via switch to inputs of electromagnetic couplings.
EFFECT: technical result is maintaining rotation frequency by reducing braking moment.
