FIELD: mining engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining equipment using vibration or oscillation means. Proposed method consists in comparing actual and reference values of total load on drill tool in automatic mode, using direct positive and negative feedback links between power and kinematic parameters of drilling process. Further, upon receiving error signal, feed rate and rotation speed of drilling tool is changed by changing link gain. Also frequency and amplitude of superimposed oscillations in power and kinematic parameters of drilling tool are changed to values corresponding with physical and mechanical properties of rock. Method is implemented with the help of device, which consists of hydraulic pump with fixed capacity, safety discharge valve, filter, three-position hydraulic control valve, controlled throttle as regulator of modes, hydraulic motor of drilling tool rotation, four-position hydraulic control valve, two-position hydraulic control valve, bilinear flow control valve, controlled throttle as regulator of hydraulic system stiffness, hydraulic feed cylinder, pressure gauges with damper and weight meter, tank. Device includes multiple station valves with appropriate connection with elements of the device for generating additional working fluid flows and directions, also ensuring sequence of drilling method process conditions and possibility of adjustment and safe implementation of this sequence.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of drilling rocks with different physical and mechanical properties.
