SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft fuel systems. Onboard system for control and measurement of fuel comprises, installed in fuel tanks, fuel parameter control means: level sensors, means for measuring temperature and signalling low fuel level, as well as an onboard computer with automatic control modules, a control board with fuel density setter, fuel meter modules and inhibit circuits. Means for measuring temperature and signalling low fuel level used are a dual-sensor, which is based on RTD liquid level indicator, containing a thermistor, having possibility of direct contact with environment, and a signal former with signal output, said sensor is additionally equipped with temperature output connected to a high-potential lead of thermistor and connected to one of inputs of corresponding fuel gauge module through inhibit circuit, signal output of each dual purpose sensor is additionally connected to inhibit input of inhibit circuit.

EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced weight.
