FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cultivator comprises a cross beam, support wheels, parallelogram section ridges and working bodies. Plough beam contains gauge wheel, guide brackets and holders. Holders mounted in the guide bracket at an equal distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the plough beam to adjust this distance. Working parts are installed in the holder and contain a stand, pointed leg and arm. Bracket is mounted on the rack. On the arm an adjustment disk with its axis is rigidly fixed. Located under the adjustment disc an additional disk rotatable about and its axis is installed. Under the additional disk the additional bracket axis and blade is rigidly fixed. Blade is mounted on the inside of the half-line wing of the lancet paw. Blade is flat and forms a sharp angle between its flat side and the direction of movement of the cultivator. Angle α has a size determined by the ratio where H - is the original height of the crest of the soil, m; h1 - thickness of sprinkle layer upon the crest of the soil, m; γ - is an angle of repose of the soil, deg.; B - is the original width of the base of the upper ridge of the soil, m; r - is radius of the blade; θ - is the angle of the blade contact with the ground; h - is depth of immersion into the soil heap. For the working bodies of the roller set, the overall width L is determined by the formula L = aF, where a - row spacing, m; F - width of the protection zone, m.
EFFECT: such design of rotary cultivator will improve the quality of inter-row cultivation of row crops.
