FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to orthopedics and traumatology, particularly to methods used in surgical treatment of femur fractures, including osteoporosis in a bone. Screw implant for osteosynthesis of femoral neck includes titanium intramedullary nail and cervical locking screw. In proximal part of intramedullary nail there is a through hole for oblique locking cervical screw and cylindrical its end a threaded hole for clamping screw thread with a tapered end that secures retaining screw in cervical intramedullary nail. Distal part of intramedullary nail is provided with two openings, round and oval under cortical screws. Cervical locking screw is made as a cylinder with four symmetrical longitudinal grooves on its surface. Through an inclined hole threaded intramedullary nail performed. Cervical locking screw is made with a thread over entire length of its outer surface corresponding to an inclined threaded hole through intramedullary rod. Notches are made at 60 %-80 % of its length at a depth of 4.0-4.5 mm. Bridges between grooves made a number of through-holes 2.0-2.3 mm in diameter with a pitch of 4 mm. Holes are offset relative to each jumper hole adjacent webs 2 mm, rest of thread on proximal end of locking screw neck intended for screwing it into threaded hole through oblique intramedullary nail, and proximal end thereof holds square hole for tool.
EFFECT: invention provides a stable immobilisation of bone fracture in zone, while simplifying surgical procedure, reducing its trauma and accelerate fracture healing zone.
