FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergents for household purposes, particularly to detergent compositions for hand dish washing, as well as to field of sanitary and hygiene, and can be used for cleaning and disinfection of kitchen and commercial inventory, sanitation equipment for public catering enterprises and trade. Described is detergent with disinfectant properties, including surfactant composition of mixture of nonionic and anionic surfactants, active detergent component, disinfecting agent, colouring agent, fragrance component, solvent, wherein anionic surfactant contains sodium and potassium salts of fatty acids C16-C18, obtained through saponification of vegetable oils, as nonionic surfactants containing cocoamidopropylbetain, as disinfecting agent containing Sanguiritrin, obtained from plumepoppy platyphyllous through extraction, as detergent component used caustic soda, and also EDTA tetra sodium salt or nitriloacetic acid trisodium salt, additionally contains agent providing pH 6-8.5, represented by citric or orthophosphoric acid, as well as perfume and sodium chloride, as odorant is used mixture of essential oils, solvent used is demineralized or distilled water in certain proportions.
EFFECT: improved detergent power, high bactericidal activity, improved organoleptic and physical and chemical characteristics.
