FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of shaped panels from aluminium alloy, in particular alloy series 5000, which can be used in aerospace or automobile industry. Method for production of shaped panels from aluminium alloy involves providing a sheet made of alloy series 5000, having thickness of 0.05-10 mm and length in maximum measurement of at least 800 mm, and drawing sheet at forming between -100 °C and -25 °C for producing shaped Panel made of aluminium alloy, the temperature of molding in the specified range is selected depending on deformation rate below critical temperature, Tcrit, calculated by the following formula: Tcrit[°C] = log10(ε′[c-1])×18.8 +13.8 °C, where Tcrit - temperature, below which on shaped Panel during moulding not formed PLC-strip ε′ - deformation rate during moulding.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of shaped panels of aluminium alloy having good combination of relative elongation, tensile strength and corrosion resistance.
