FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forging equipment for production of flat or low workpieces using calibration operations and coinage. Knuckle-joint drive mechanical press contains mounted in press bed two levers pivotally connected by one end by means of axis of each other and to drivers. One lever second end is articulated with axle furnished with position adjustment mechanism mounted at press bed. Second lever by second end is connected with slider press. There is position adjustment mechanism axis connecting second end of second lever with slide press. Said mechanism provides process of slider movement after first pass extreme position to position for implementation of second process operation.
EFFECT: result is performance of two technological operations or two passes stamping in one press stroke.
