SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy. A gas burner (100, 200, 300), a gas stove comprising the gas burner and the burner (1), wherein the gas burner comprises a body (2) of the base located beneath the hob (1) and comprising a chamber (21) connected to at least one a horizontal tube (7) is a venturi fed with at least one gas nozzle (6), housing (4) of the mixer disposed on the housing (2) of the base and above the hob (1) and having a base (42) in a toroidal shape which defines a toroidal mixing chamber (40) communicating with the chamber (21) of the housing base and at least one opening (43, 343) for the secondary air passage, a circular top cover (5) arranged above the housing (4) of the mixer and having at least one opening (50, 350) communicating with at least one opening (43, 343) of the mixer housing for secondary air passage, and an inner surface (52) facing towards the axis of the upper cover in which are formed a plurality of apertures (53) to the flame, communicating with the mixing chamber (40) for the release of the flame inside said base (42) of the housing (4) of the mixer is spaced from the housing (2) of the base and hotplate (1) so as to form a gap (8 ) through which may flow a first stream (F2′) of the secondary air over the hob (1), wherein the first stream (F2′) of the secondary air flows through the at least one opening (43, 343) of the mixer housing and at least one opening (50, 350) of the top cover so as to feed the air flames from apertures (53) in the upper cover. Outer cover (5) has an outer surface (51) inclined by an angle (α), constituting 55-75° relative to a horizontal plane (P) parallel to the burner (1), and an inner surface (52) inclined by an angle (β) constituting 5-25° relative to a horizontal plane parallel to the burner (1) so as to produce a second stream (F2″), secondary air above the hob (1), sliding along the outer surface (51) and the inner surface (52) of the upper cover.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create an efficient, safe, easy to manufacture and installation of the burner.
