SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to formation of artificial earth satellite (AES) systems with non-coplanar orbits. Method involves simultaneously launching AES group with launch vehicle (LV). LV is fitted with hypersonic aircraft (HSA) taken to a ballistic trajectory, in apogee of which HSA is separated from LV. After separation of first AES, HSA performs a manoeuvre in atmosphere to ballistic trajectory in orbit plane of second AES, which is separated in apogee of said trajectory. After separation from HSA and/or from LV, coplanar removal of satellite to desired orbit is carried out. Use of multiple HSA for multiple groups of AES is possible.
EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is fast launch of multiple AES to non-coplanar orbits.
