To this end proposed is an oscillator of discrete orthogonal multiphase signals comprising a clock generator, the first switch, the first two-input OR gate, the second switch, trigger, m-bit counter unit for forming a Walsh function, m elements NOT, m adders module two, 2m-input OR element, 2m m-bit shift register, an unit for forming the phase shift angles.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the noise immunity of the receiver operating in a two-prong communication channels with variable parameters.
