FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons. Stun shell includes body, inside which there is electronic system, and outside is fixture on target. Electronic system comprises power supply converter, rectifier, storage capacitor, high-voltage pulse transformer. It also comprises microcontroller and starter switch connected with converter and threshold device connected between converter and primary winding of high-voltage pulse transformer. Mechanism for fastening on target includes hinged bars with needle ends electrically connected to secondary winding of transformer and laid outside housing parallel to its longitudinal axis to allow their turn at angle of 90° from initial position. Their length exceeds length of housing, at nonworking face of which there is movable ring with rotation axes of hinged rods. Mechanism for fastening on target includes at least one needle arranged on non-working end equipped with fixation element.

EFFECT: higher efficiency thanks to electroconvulsive action on target.
