System for providing services by real estate agency providing fast sales comprises a central server of real estate agencies, made with device for inputting information on person having intentions to sell or buy apartment, and data on supply of apartments with prices on primary and secondary markets, and terminals of candidates made on basis of computerised agents with possibility of remote access to central server of real estate agencies, central server of real estate agencies has a database of standard documents used for contracting and matching conditions and is capable of accessing databases, containing information on person, information on proposed sale or purchase of apartments and to apartment on primary and secondary markets. Database of standard documents used for contracting and matching conditions, is a set of filled on behalf of real estate agencies contracts, a list of conditions for providing services, corresponding with each type of contract, and service cost corresponding conditions with each type of contract, terminals of candidates are capable of performing remote access to a database of standard documents and selection of conditions for providing services and corresponding contract to be filled with selected contract of personal identification data. System is equipped with unit for matching cost of apartment, which is connected with system of data on actual sales containing data on current cost sold and proposed apartments on data on last sold apartments in analysed territorial zone to implement function of generating signal corresponding to achieve an agreement on starting price apartment, and transmitting said signal in a unit for generating information advertising packet with information on apartment and its initial value to transmit said advertising packet in system of platforms and real estate portals database.
EFFECT: unit for matching cost of apartment is configured to implement function of generating signal corresponding to reaching an agreement on starting price of apartment, and its transmission in a set of apartment instruments treatment unit for bargain when in central server of real estate agencies offer from customer, a terminal which is configured to implement function of remote access to database of standard documents and selection of conditions for providing services and corresponding contract to be filled with selected contract of personal identification data in order to reach a transaction.
