FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to dentistry, and is intended for use when recovering masticatory efficiency teeth with resected or amputated roots transdental implants. Temporary denture prototype after transdental implantation, made monolithic from a polymer by computed milling, consists of crown completely repeating clinical crown operated tooth or its reconstruction, and transverse processes, having thickness 0.5 mm and repeating profile of oral surfaces of teeth arranged on both sides of causative tooth.
EFFECT: fixation of temporary crown-prototype to tooth with resected or amputated root reinforced with transdental implant allows redistribution of chewing load on nearby teeth, providing osteointegration of installed individual transdental implant.
