SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of tobacco production. Method comprises extraction of mixture of fennel and cherry pomace with liquid carbon dioxide with separation of corresponding miscella, impregnation mixture of fine fraction of tobacco with or without addition of cellulose-containing material with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure increase, reducing pressure to atmospheric pressure value with simultaneous freezing of tobacco blend, separation of carbon dioxide by sublimation, addition of invert syrup and softener, fermentation and packaging in sealed container.

EFFECT: method allows to produce end product, not inclined to stratification.
