FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to single-phase asynchronous motors with start-up winding, and can be used in designing of electric machines for household appliances and electric tools. Single-phase asynchronous motor includes rotor and stator with slots, in which main and auxiliary windings are placed with magnet axes shift relative to each other at half of pole pitch. In stator in area of grooves arranged in zones of main winding magnet axes, there are additional windings, which magnet axes directed radially towards stator yoke.
EFFECT: higher starting torque of single-phase asynchronous motor thus ensuring its reliable start-up at increased load on shaft.
