FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a liquid composition with pH 10.0 or higher, containing tetrahydro-4H-1,3,5-oxadiazin-4-one, and water, by reacting urea and formaldehyde in water, wherein initial molar ratio of formaldehyde/urea is 0.3 or higher and 1.7 or lower and reaction of urea and formaldehyde is carried out at 15 °C or higher and 50 °C or lower in presence of the alkyldiethanolamine and at pH 10.0 or higher. Invention also relates to a solution for storage of liquid composition, methods of storage of liquid composition.
EFFECT: technical result: method of producing a liquid composition of tetrahydro-4H-1,3,5-oxadiazin-4-one, which provides high stability during storage.
