SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for production of reinforcement frames for segments towers, particularly towers of windmills. Device has bearing structure, which can be rotated around X axis, plurality of rods, which in parallel or, conically converging on each other, are aligned relative to axis X and distributed over circle preferably uniformly around bearing structure, wherein each of rods is connected with bearing structure by means of two or more spokes and on its outer facing from bearing structure side has multiple recesses adapted for receipt of reinforcing material, wherein each number of spokes, corresponding to number of rods is located in plane perpendicular to axis X, and spokes can be adjusted telescopically along its length by means of engine.
EFFECT: reduced time for production of frame.
