SUBSTANCE: non-isometric reflective display element has transparency, includes reflectors included in retaining layer reflectors with thin-film mould. Reflectors are inclined in a fixed direction and at fixed angle to plane of retaining layer reflectors, and light falling from first direction, is reflected on front surface of reflector, so that prevents its passing through retaining layer of reflectors. Light incident from second direction of reflector is reflected on front surface of reflector and rear surface of other of reflector, adjacent to reflector on front surface or reflected so many times that it is passed through retaining layer of reflectors. Reflectors are made of metal and are coated with protective layer made of metal compound or ceramics. Also disclosed is another non-isometric reflective display element. Said element has transparency, includes reflectors included in retaining layer reflectors with thin-film mould. Retaining layer reflectors has multiple sections, separated in direction of plane of retaining layer of reflectors. In each of at least two sections, reflectors inside are inclined in a fixed direction and at fixed angle. Direction and/or angle, in which reflectors are inclined differ between two sections. Reflectors are made of metal and are coated with protective layer made of metal compound or ceramic. Also disclosed is a data medium comprising non-isometric reflective display element, presented above, and printing layer arranged above each other.
