METHOD OF PRODUCING TISSUES WAFFLE WEAVES WITH DIAMOND-SHAPED RELIEF ELEMENT Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC D03D23/00 

FIELD: textile and paper.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing tissues of waffle weaves with diamond-shaped relief element consists in formation of initial diamond weaving, main diagonals of which are formed with single warp or weft overlaps of base tweels of main class, subsequent filling of rhomb in vertical decks like system of threads with deviation from main diagonals one covering to obtain two rhomb shaped cells, location in their tops of additional elements with subsequent framing of additional elements with single covers of opposite sign. At that, additional elements are presented in form of rhombs, formed by odd number of main or weft overlays of variable length varying from 1 to N_d with pitch equal to two beams, wherein number of overlays N_d, equal to their maximum length, from 3 to R_b+2 overlays, where R_b is rapport of base tweel; specifying location of additional elements: placed at vertices of main source of rhombs waffle weave or along base or along weft, or simultaneously on both threads systems; in first two cases to increase prominence of tissue in remaining tops rhombs additional sections of plain weave width from 5 to R_b+2 threads; if repeated weaving of additional elements both from main and weft overlay their arranged in series along base with double weaving repeat, in series along weft weaving repeat double, as well as along both systems of threads in staggered order or in series with doubled rapports of weaving and by base and weft.

EFFECT: invention extends range of tissues by forming at vertices of rhombs waffle weaves of additional elements of rhomboid form.
