FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handling equipment, specifically to cargo cross-arms. Cross-arm lever consists of cross-arm body, to which are welded two transport lugs for attachment to hook suspensions of hoisting devices. To cross-arm body are symmetrically welded two hoisting units, each of which consists of a wall and an end wall. On each gripping assembly on wall and wall end on bolt joints is fixed a sleeve. To bushing on bolt joints is arranged retainer body accommodating spring-loaded retainer with thrust spherical surface and pressed cover. Inside retainer housing passes an axis, on which one end is equipped with a large lever handle. Other large end of lever is articulated with two small axis levers, which in turn, with their other ends are fixed for slide by semi-axes symmetrically pressed therein. Also, a pin is welded to bushing with limiter.

EFFECT: higher functional capabilities of cross-arm.
