SUBSTANCE: urn comprises base 3, housing 2 and cover 1 with openings for garbage, the base 3 is made with possibility of attachment of fillers in it, and housing 2 - shaped to conical barrel diverging downward to accommodate container 4 for garbage and comprises bottom side part of the ledge to accommodate container 7 with detergent. In another version, urn unlike first is made of fibre-glass by injecting polyester resin with hardener in closed shape, by Resin Transfer Moulding or by RTM, and in the base there are grooves for fillers.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher stability, ease of use.
