FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of smoking composition, which involves mixing fine tobacco with or without addition of cellulose-containing material, invert syrup, softening agent and a flavouring agent, fermentation and packaging in tight container, that is prepared by extraction of a mixture of lemon-balm and linden blossom with liquid carbon dioxide to separate corresponding miscella, and its introduction is performed by impregnating tobacco mixture with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, pressure reduction down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the tobacco mixture and separation of carbon dioxide by sublimation with simultaneous swelling of the tobacco mixture.

EFFECT: high uniformity of the end product during storage.
