SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contact glue based on polychloroprene and is intended for gluing shoes and shoe materials-skin, artificial leather, rubber, fabric, felt, as well as wood, wood, facing materials, plastic and rubber. Adhesive composition on neoprene caoutchouc includes butyl phenol formaldehyde resin, filler - zinc oxide and magnesium oxide, antiageing agent, solvent and water. As polychloroprene rubber contains a mixture of polychloroprene high speed of crystallization and polychloroprene average speed of crystallization, the anti-ageing agent used agidol, the solvent contains a mixture of nefras, ethyl acetate and toluene in ratio 2:2:1, with the following ratio of components, wt%:
without high speed of crystallization - 5.0-8.1;
without average speed of crystallization - 3.0-10.6;
magnesium oxide - 0.92-1.6;
zinc oxide - 0.23-0.6;
butylphenol formaldehyde resin - 4.95-6.15;
agidol - 0.1-0.4;
water - 0.06-0.1;
solvent - the rest.
EFFECT: invention enables obtaining environmentally adhesive composition with good technical and operational characteristics and low cost.
