SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and computer equipment. Device comprises n number of single installation computing devices (ICD), each of which is divided into three interconnected units: autonomic computing unit (ACU), commands transmission device (CTD) and operating system unit (OSU), wherein ACU provides interaction with other ACU, installed on other ICD; checking network communication lines for other ACU available for communication; setting of priority types between available ICD, which ICD will be in control in relation to this ICD; reference register available other ACU to make description of such ACU and EMP, containing information on computational power, load ICD, and checking validity and availability of other ACU and integrity of data transmitted by other ACU, and execution of tasks; and transmitting said information in CTD, which is configured to transmit control signals and data available ICD; CTD is configured to generate from data received from ACU, single virtual processor (SVP), and transmission of information on SVP in OSU.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of reliability and preservation of serviceability of device in case of failure/damage in its equipment.
