SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergents and can be used for washing dishes with simultaneous degreasing and disinfection, both in household use and in hospitals, kindergartens, at catering enterprises and can be used for washing equipment in food industry. Described is detergent containing alkaline component (soda) and food product,mustard powder, wherein alkaline component (soda) contains sodium hydrocarbonate (NaHCO3) and additionally additive in form of dry water, soluble extract of medicinal plants in following proportions, wt%: sodium bicarbonate 14-60, mustard powder 82-20, dry water-soluble extracts of medicinal plants 4-20, where as dry water-soluble extract of medicinal plants ginseng, jasmine, rose, mint, chamomile, licorice are used.
EFFECT: development of ecologically clean and safe for human health detergent with high degree of purification and washing.
