FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction, namely to compositions of asphalt mix. Asphalt concrete mixture contains binder based on bitumen and mineral part containing crushed rock, slag sand with size of 0-5 mm and mineral powder, wherein binder additionally contains sulphur at ratio of sulphur to bitumen of 10-40:60-90, said sulphur-bitumen binder is contained in amount of 4.5-6.0 wt% over 100 % with respect to mineral part, as mineral powder mixture contains powdered wastes of electrode production consisting mainly of carbon and as crushed stone is limestone chips and said sand is sand from slags of Nadezhdinsky metallurgical plant with following ratio of components, wt%: bitumen is 3.6-4.05 over 100 % of mineral part; sulphur is 0.45-2.4 over 100 % of mineral part; crushed stone is 50.5-60.0; slag sand is 32.5-40.3; mineral powder is 6.5-11.0.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of asphalt concrete, namely strength, heat resistance, frost resistance and water resistance; invention widens field of application of non-ferrous metallurgy wastes and provides their recycling, improving environmental situation, as well as reduces cost of asphalt concrete.
