FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gypsum-containing aqueous slurry containing polycondensate based on phosphate as a single agent with dispersing properties and further comprises a foaming agent. Gypsum-slurry contains as a dispersant a polycondensation product containing at least one structural unit with an aromatic or heteroaromatic sub-unit and a polyether side chain (I), at least one phosphated structural unit with an aromatic or heteroaromatic sub-unit (II), and preferably additionally at least one structural unit with an aromatic or heteroaromatic sub-unit (III), structural unit (II) and structural unit (III) differing exclusively in that OP(OH)₂ group of structural unit (II) is replaced by H in structural unit (III), and structural unit (III) is not same as structural unit (I), slurry additionally contains a foaming agent.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of slowing down of setting and hardening of various construction compositions and especially suspensions, based on plaster compared to other dispensers, irrespective of dose of dispersing component.
