SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of functional food products. Method for production of bread of whole rye-wheat grain for functional alimentation with honey and dry ash powder. Natural honey and powder of dried ash berries powder are added to dough with subsequent stirring, grooving, forming, dough fermentation in 2 stages and baking with following content of components, kg per 100 kg: whole-grain rye flour is 40; whole-grain wheat flour is 30; powder of dried ash berries or red ashberry marc is 4.2; natural honey is 4.2; fresh yeast is 1.4; salt is 1.4; water is 32.4.

EFFECT: invention allows to accelerate manufacturing process, improve organoleptic indices of bread, as well as increase content of biologically active substances prebiotic properties.
