SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-shaft gearboxes. Base gearbox comprises housing with parallel arranged input, output and counter shafts. At input shaft feed clutches are located and gear of higher and middle gears are freely installed. At intermediate shaft feed clutches are located and lower gear and reverse gear transmission gears are freely installed. At output shaft gears are rigidly fixed, in pairs engaged with input shaft gears and selectively engaged with gears of intermediate shaft. Torque from input shaft to intermediate shaft is transferred by intermediate shaft drive - by gear or chain transmission. To obtain universal gearbox coaxial to shafts after their supports additional shafts with gears is installed in gearbox housing.
EFFECT: expanded gearbox gear ratio range, higher degree of unification and lower production and repair costs.
